We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Minor for the two of us. The location is unbeatable, with all major attractions within walking distance. The staff was extremely accommodating and hospitable, which made our experience even more enjoyable. It was reassuring to know that they spoke English, and there was even one person who spoke German. The rooms were clean, ensuring a comfortable stay for both of us. The rooftop terrace with a view of Registan Square was an other highlight. The breakfast offered a selection of both savory and sweet dishes, giving us the opportunity to discover local flavors. All in all, our stay at Hotel Minor was a memorable experience for both of us, and we would definitely come back.

I loved my stay here, the staff were so friendly and had really good English. The room was much bigger than I expected and had a beautiful view of the Registan. The bed was very comfortable, there was a kettle and a fridge and you could ask for tea, coffee and milk whenever you wanted. Breakfast was very substantial and the women working in the restaurant make everything themselves including local foods and fresh omelettes

Thank you to the hotel staff that went above and beyond to make our stay in Samarkand truly remarkable. Everything from early check-in, food delivery, restaurant recommendations, translation help, phone calls - we had SO many requests and they were 100% helpful. We also appreciate the time you spent to chat with us and get to know each other ☺️. The location is also fantastic, and the view from the rooftop at night is a cherry on top. While I highly recommend the hotel, for travelers it’s worth noting that the room and the bathroom can feel a little small and dated (we stayed in a triple room). The hotel is on the pricier side compared to the general cost of living here - but the same can be said about any other hotels in the area.

Located right next to Registan, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, there is Ac in the room and the beds were quite comfy. The terrace view is quite nice. A bit pricey but overall we were happy to stay there!

Nice big rooms and friendly staff. Good location too with great views of the Registan from the roof top terrace. My only issue is that the bathroom has a slightly unpleasant damp / drain smell. I think this is because of no shower curtain so water goes everywhere causing mildew in places not visible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
