Excellent hotel. Was snowed in and had an extended stay. Staff were extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. Room was warm and clean. Beds comfy. Breakfast nice. Bar nice and relaxing. Location was excellent. No noise at night.

Stayed here for one night. The location is OUTSTANDING!!! Rooms are cozy but for one night we did not mind. The staff was friendly and helpful. Provided an outlet convertor so we could plugin our phone charger. Breakfast appeared to be nice but pricey at 19 Euros pp. The soap and shampoo in the bathrooms were very good.

This room looked really nice at first glance, but quickly had issues. The floors were really dirty and at one point I kneeled on the ground in my jeans got stains on the knees. The beds only had one very small pillow. The room was also located right on the square and was very loud and you could hear the bar in the lobby (was on the 3rd floor). It really was not worth the price of the hotel, but was a decent walk to everything and the staff were kind.

Super lovely and professional customer service. Rooms are comfy but on a tiny side. Quiet hotel but with no gym/sauna which would be a nice addition to my stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
