Great hotel! It’s very close to the airport but also a 15 min Uber ride into downtown. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which is nice to walk and very calm with lots of green space. It has a terrace with a good restaurant under some trees which is convenient and there are a few other restaurants nearby. The rooms are perhaps on the smaller side, but the windows open to green space which is nice and have good A/C. Definitely recommend!

New hotel, modern, comfortable rooms but the staff is inexperienced and misinformed us several times. The location is fine if you want to be near the fairgrounds or the airport, but very far away from downtown Madrid

Stayed here for 1 night, large swimming pool (all one level depth roughly 4.5’) with a life guard, teeny tiny sauna room near the washrooms (didn’t use it because it wasn’t on), nice decor, the rooms are cozy with big tv, nice washroom, shower is lovely with option to open the window for a somewhat naturist experience, slats across the window for privacy but light shines through during the day. Chair and table for lounging, closet and safe to store your goods, bed was sort of comfy, had better and far worse before. Mini fridge but you have to pay for refreshments inside, or you can store your own!Vending machine for cigarettes in the restaurant next door. Parking underground, all in all comfortable place to relax and have some peace and quiet compared to other areas/hotels in Madrid. Forgot to take photos of the room because I was just so excited to relax for a bit and then go swimming. Also there is apparently a tiny gym on the 1st floor, we didn’t know until after check out.

I stayed for few nights in March. My room was nice and clean. It wasn't very spacious but it was large enough. The bathroom is fairly modern and clean. Location is not bad; journey to city centre by public transport takes around 40 min . Breakfast was good. However, the safe box in my room didn't work. I reported it to the receptionist on the first night. When I returned to the hotel on the second day, the safe wasn't fixed so I reported it again. On the third day, the safe still didn't work. Also, the bar is pricey: large beer is 6 euro.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
