It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed . It seems like they don’t have maintenance. Stains and hairs are seen on the sheets. Previous reviews showed there were bed bugs but I didn’t find any. But there’s stain on the wall and on the mattress which look like they are from the bugs. The furnitures are dirty and old. Very good location though. 3 min walking to Romerberg where you can find plenty good restaurants and shopping mall. However I don’t recommend.

I stayed 2 nights in Miramar Hotel. Really appreciated to the team. Especially, thanks to Javid, and the all receptionists for their kindness. Therefore, the location is perfect for the Christmas Market. Its walkable. The hotel is so classic and adorable. I will book this place again, when I come to Frankfurt again:) Many thanks.

Very good location, it is very close to subway, shopping centre, old town, and business centre with free steps. Our room was older and smaller than average American standard but it was clean and tidy was included all of basics you need. Need and shower were great. Staff are friendly and service is good. Or room was not included breakfasts. We were happy to stay there, and may do the same again.

Don't go to this hotel! We have stayed here in September, and in the middle of the night we found the bed infested with BED BUGS. At the reception, they offered no help at all, so in desperation, we left the hotel in the night. The staff promised us that our money would be refunded, however they never did, and they don't reply to emails. We noticed several other reviewers had exactly the same experience, so apparently the hotel staff doesn't care at all. Stay away or you risk transferring the bug plague to your own home!!!

Great location for Christmas markets in Frankfurt! Downfall was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in. You could feel every spring in the mattress. Breakfast (small fee) was good. Breakfast staff the 1st morning was wonderful. Our 2nd morning not so much. We felt like an inconvenience. A big thank you to the woman that worked breakfast our first morning!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
