Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful and polite. Breakfast is great. Location is perfect, quiet area near the park, but close to everything at the same time. Recommended.

Location is excellent. It's a quiet road next to the park. The Metro(blue line) is few steps away and the shopping mall is about 10min walk. À grocery and a cafe are located very close to the hotel. The room was clean and had a good size ( 24m²) The breakfast is good but they serve everyday the same. They should offer more varieties of eggs and side orders.

Excellent location to metro and Eduardo Parque Vll. Decent equipped rooftop gym considering the space. Very comfy bed & powerful shower. Breakfast is very, very basic & would have liked at least a complementary btle water in room on arrival rather than having raid mini bar! Staff really helpful & friendly ( reception, Breakfast and room cleaning team)

I am very pleased with our stay at Miraparque Hotel. Every aspect of this experience has been nothing but delightful! Very friendly, polite, and professional staff who are happy to assist you at any time of day; clean rooms and remarkably comfortable beds; absolutely the most convenient location. We also added breakfast to our experience and it was so worth waking up early for! Great variety of fresh and delicious food and beverage options accompanied by wonderful hosts and staff in general. We couldn't have asked for better hotel experience, totally a must-visit for everybody who comes to Lisbon!

Nice hotel. Close to the city centre but very calm. Very pleasant stay. They do not have a coffee machine in the room. They have nice breakfast. You get value for your money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
