Stayed here at a stopover for one night, the staff were incredibly friendly and checking in was very efficient. I had a meal in their restaurant and it was incredible plus the chef/host was very friendly and seemed happy. The room was adequate and served it's purpose, quiet and cool with air conditioning. An easy ten minute walk to the station with a tram located nearby two minutes away. The reception staff were lovely and I felt very relaxed. I would use this hotel again to stay in Munich. The street the hotel is on is a little bit rundown but not much they can do on that front.

🚅 One block away from an U-Bahn station connecting to the rest of Munich. Also just a few blocks away from the main station (Hbf). Lots of ethnic restaurants around and a mostly quiet area 🛏️ Room was comfortable, but somewhat dark. Specifically the bathroom could do with a couple more lights. Free water bottles were provided every day 🙋🏻‍♂️ Staff was helpful and friendly. We received coupons for a free welcome drink at the hotel bar. Breakfast was varied, with options for everyone, including German classics such as pretzels

Pros: Clean room Nice hotel bar Friendly staff Cons: Location Bedding Check in time The rooms and hotel are very clean and quite fresh. Toiletries are supplied, there is a safe and small fridge. The rooms are quiet but you do hear the church bells in the day, something I like. The bells stop at night. The bar is nice and I had some great conversations with travellers from around the world. The location is very run down and can be quite intimidating for some travellers. There are a lot of people experiencing homelessness and poverty in the neighbourhood. The city center name is misleading as it is a fairly unpleasant 15 minute walk to get to the main parts of the city. I found the bedding strange. They only offer single duvets on double beds, our receptionist told me this is normal in Germany. I've stayed in many Melia hotels and a theme is that check in takes a while and with a queue, this can be 20+ minutes.

Good location, walking distance to the city center. I was able to check in early which was for me a huge value-adding feature. The hotel has a very cute courtyard, I recommend checking it out. The hotel is located close to the Railway Station so maybe not the best area when travelling with kids, as it’s a very crowded area, and sometimes doesn’t feel 100% safe. But it was a good option for me, as I was searching for a convenient location close to the city center.

Great hotel, it's owned by an Italian and Spanish company so the manager spoke both these languages as well as English by all the staff. Very modern and recently renovated inside. Gym with a sauna on site. Lovely rooms and we were upgraded due to our anniversary which made it special. Coffee machine inside the room and massive TV.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
