You get what you pay for. Second stay in this hotel, it's alright. Bathroom isn't well cleaned but beds are alright. Service has always been nice and even looked for another blanket. Room smelled a little like food and cigarettes, other guests clearly smoked inside the rooms. It's very noisy and you can hear EVERYTHING!! If you want more quality, you gotta pay more.... Good location

It is just OK. Fine for only boys, wont recommend it for families, specially due to its location. It is right on the crowded commercial street, Although it is in a city center, close to main train station, and you will find everything nearby, including restaurants, aupermarkets, train/bus station, halal shops and restaurants, BUT there are Drugs seller and red light area also within the same area. It is cheap, and fine for a day or two.

The hotel is terrible! Everything is old, tattered. But the worst thing is the staff. At the reception there is a man about 60-65 years old, a rude rude person! When asked to provide proof of residence in this hotel, he starts swearing and screaming, contact the police. Why can't the hotel provide proof of occupancy? The answer suggests itself - not paying taxes. Avoid this hotel. Bad service, everything is old, poor sound insulation! You can't even put one star here. They drew 3 stars for themselves! I DO NOT recommend!!!

The old receptionist was unbelievable rude and shouting on me just due to asking him about my booking. Even Tarzan was more civilized than the guys whom were working here as receptionist. A good place for physiologists to pursue diverse studies for different types of mental disorders on the receptionists here.

Very disgusting and stinky hotel. Full of insects and ticks (one of my friend was bitten by ticks). Rooms and sheets were extremely dirty. There was too awful smell In our room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
