The location of this hotel is amazing. From Sol you can walk everywhere in Madrid without taking the tube. 5 stars for that. And I’m sure the single and double rooms are nice and comfy. Unfortunately, since I had a triple, there was space for beds only in the room and we felt uncomfortable. This explains the reason of my 3 stars as a general grade. But the rest is great. Staff, service, cleanliness, vibe.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was great, my room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable, breakfast was great, staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel room is very clean, the staff is very friendly! Unfortunately the room is very noisy as we had a baby next door. We couldn't sleep through the night. Unfortunately, you can hear the subway very well and, thanks to its vibration, you can feel it very clearly! But the hotel can't do anything about it!! Completely sufficient for 2 or 3 nights! The breakfast buffet is very large and tastes excellent!
