I will start off by saying this hotel is located in central location for all the things I needed for my two night stay. As you enter the room it looks good but as soon as you start to unpack and relax we noticed a few minor things in the room and bathroom. One of my friends found a bedbug on her bed🤦🏾‍♀️. The resturant in the hotel was okay but the waitress made my day with her cute description of each guest on the receipt. (Black Beauty SLVL) Inside the building where Hotel Mokka is located there’s many different services available ex hair, nails, wax and more

Despite this, the Tramezzini chicken sandwich served in a delectable pita bread stood out as a clear winner, earning a gold medal in my book. Its expert craftsmanship and flavors undoubtedly made a lasting impression. The amazing staff you got. The ambience is top-notch. The food portions are super generous. Tried their Muscle Smoothie it was legit good. The service team are so professional. It's an amazing Hotel with really great views.

The rooms are really nice and the staff are very professional. The hotel and the restaurant are very high up in the building and you have great views of Nairobi, especially Moi Avenue and Kenyatta Avenue. Sue is very lovely and friendly 🙂

I had the pleasure to stay at this hotel, five nights. The hotel located in the heart of the town. There is restaurants in the building and around the hotel. Steph a very kind, especially the manager. Recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
