Positive aspects: - location (you can easily reach the nice parts of the city) Negative aspects: - very very old room - bathroom without a proper shower (it’s in the middle of the bathroom and the water goes everywhere) and without a space to put your bathroom stuffs (no space even for the toothbrush) - No windows - No hairdryer - No small fridge - The bed was made by 2 mattress on top of each other’s - Customer Service. The young guy at the reception didn’t even say “hallo” when we arrived for the check-in and he couldn’t help us to find an hairdryer for my wife (she needed to go out with wet hair and low temperature)

Awful!, poor cleaning, the bathroom curtain with fungus, hair in the toilet and on the bed, dirty walls, cushions and pillows: don't even dare touch them because they are disgusting. If you want to rest, this hotel is not an option, you can hear everything, people talking, music, TV, noise from people having s*x, plus the mattress is the most uncomfortable in the world. We only stayed there one night due to an emergency, but I don't recommend it even in case of unforeseen events. It looks like a motel, better change the name.

Incredible location, and a great price for said location. World-class bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only drawback? No AC, so the small room we were in got pretty stuffy.

It’s impossible to sleep in this hotel. During my stay, I woke up every single night more than once with the noise of the other guests. There was a group of people in the shared areas talking and playing music until very late every night. In general, people had zero respect o and made a lot of noise all night and the staff never did anything about it. You can also hear everything from other rooms across the hallway regardless of the time of the day. Having in consideration my stay, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families since it’s not the right environment for kids - it also works as a well, that kind of hotel where you can take "special" guests for a few hours in your bedroom. The staff can barely speak English. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a second reservation in this hotel for my last days in Mexico and I cancelled it, so you can understand how bad it was.

Fantastic deal considering price and location in Roma Norte. Quality and vibe are sort of more like a private room in a hostel. Because of the location, people come for the night life so it can be a bit noisy as they come back from drinking and sound travels quite easily. My room had an interior facing window. Water was cut temporarily one morning but that's more of a city issue than hotel issue. Ideal for the budget conscious traveler who wants to stay in a nice neighborhood that's convenient without needing to stay in a dorm style environment. I would come back in the future for a stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
