Stayed here only for two days this time,last year we had a week and it was great.Receptionist very professional and efficient.Room on the top floor was as good as ever,very clean with plenty of space,good storage areas,clean well-equipped bathroom with toiletries supplied.Super balcony with table,chairs and views over the rooftops.TV in room had some UK channels,fridge worked extremely well. Food is of a high standard for a 3 star hotel with plenty of variation in the menus.The packed lunch (picnic) can be ordered the day before and it is just 1st class,best I have come across in Spain! Only minor issue this time is my wife and I felt the food could often not be very hot reaching the servery,it also seemed the overhead heating in this unit was either very poor or not working at all,such a shame for good quality produce.A small microwave is all that is needed to address this issue,many hotels have these now in the dining rooms. It has a great location,2 minutes from the bus stops and 5 minutes walk to the beach areas.We shall return again as the hotel and staff have real character.

Nice and clean rooms and the swimming pool on the roof is lovely although the water extremely cold so no one actually got in. The food for dinners is very poor. Good location though

Pro's - Very close to the beach, old town, Golden mile (shops), taxi's, bus stops to Puerto Banus (25mins), and the golden mile . Good Breakfast. Nice clean spacious rooms. Good service. Staff are friendly. reception is open 24/7. Good size dining area. Good size hotel. Con's - Pay for water at lunch and dinner. lunch and dinner could be better with more options. Pool and decking area is small. The bar area is not vibrant. I stayed at the hotel during peak (August), the experience could be better too, in terms of entertainement and shows. Hotel could be livelier. The meat could also be halal to accommodate for Muslim customers.

So far very good friendly helpful staff, good sized clean room, with a decent sized balcony and a working fridge. Big selection of hot and cold for breakfast. Also a good rooftop terrace for sunbathing including a small swimming pool. Nothing t complain about, all for a decent price. Very good had a great stay and the staff were amazing. My suitcase had broken in transit, not only did the hotel send someone from maintenance to try and fix it (unfortunately broken beyond repair). After I had bought a new one I enquired where I could dispose of my old one. Housekeeping very nicely said just to leave my broken bag in my room when I checked out and they would sort it out. I will definitely be going back here.

A great hotel located only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and the bus routes. Friendly staff and the rooms are cleaned daily. My only criticism is that the food is very average.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
