Goop option for a quite stay in Tokyo, a bit far from the center but close to teamlab and Disney land. Great service and comfortable rooms. The service and attention is perfect.

Perfect stay ! The hotel is a bit far from the station but the shuttle bus made things very easy ! The staff are also very welcoming and can speak several languages I’ll stay there if I come back !

We had a wonderful stay. Room was quite small but expected for Tokyo. We stayed in a triple room. Room was very clean, bed was firm but comfortable. The reason i gave 1 star shy from 5 star is due to location. It is quite far from the train station to push luggages to the hotel. There was a frequent shuttle bus taking from the hotel to Toyosu Station in the morning every 20mins and vice versa at night time. We chosed this hotel as we wanted to visit Team Lab Tokyo (1 station away), and Tsukiji Market (1 bus trip from Team Lab). Staff was very helpful. We borrowed a humidifer from the reception which was very helpful with the dry air from air conditioning. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel standard rooms we booked were on the smaller side. The hotel is conveniently located across a mall with a big grocery store and a Daiso, great for last minute shopping on your way back home. There is a 7/11 just next door. Service was very welcoming and helpful. There is a free shuttle service for the nearest subway station which is nice to use when too hot to walk.

Easy access to Disneyland, shuttle bus to and from Toyosu station, helpful staff. If you need budget accommodation for Disneyland, this hotel is a good choice :)

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
