The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful which we noticed particularly in the breakfast room where they ensured we had delicious vegetarian omelettes each day. We were disappointed with the poor choice of pastries at breakfast particularly as vegetarians. The hotel was perfectly situated as everything was within walking distance including the railway station. The bedroom was immaculate spacious and afforded an excellent nights sleep and the standard of room cleaning was very good.

Great location. Small rooms though and a strange smell aroung the hotel. For the last 4 days of our stay one of the two elevators was broken and no-one working to fix it. 95% of the staff was very nice but an extremely rude night manager ruins the whole thing for everyone else. Denying service and threatening guests after being called out on his rudeness. Far too many things wrong for a 4 star hotel charging 200 euros a night.

The central location, combined with private parking, made this an excellent choice. Our superior room was quite larger - larger than in most city centre hotels. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel as we felt €29 per person per day was excessive. Everything else about the hotel was very good.

After staying a few times at the Mondial am Dom, we can start to call it our favourite place to stay in Cologne. The front office manager Mr Luitjens and this team make every stay wonderful and they help were they can. The location just next to the Dom of Cologne and train station. The very nice breakfast buffet. One by one, it all contributes to a wonderful stay. Even my parents love to stay here as well now. Can’t wait to be back again. We can recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the the location was really good, being close the the train station, the cathedral, the Rhine and many restaurants and cafes.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
