Really nice rooms with excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed using the pool, which was free of charge. The staff were very friendly and most accommodating. Thank you for looking after me during my recent stay at the hotel.

Was there for 3 days on a conference, didn't stay at the Hotel, just used their conference room and the café, their coffee is pretty good and the service is on par, the ambience and the vibes are also good. Don't know the pricing but without taking it into account it's overall a decent feeling hotel but not perfect, also has a lot of parking spots and isn't far from the city center

Cosy rooms, extremely friendly staff, good location, breakfast is really fantastic. Parking lot safe and in front of hotel, in short, great value for money and highly recommended. Swimming pool, sauna and gym at your disposal.

Nice hotel with good furnishings. The restaurant within the hotel was certainly adequate and we had a buffet breakfast and one dinner here. The pool and gym were an extra fee per person per day; We did not feel it was worth the cash. The safe in our room did not work, desk staff tried to resolve it and were unable to do so but kept our valuables in the hotel safe instead. Not a lot to do nearby. There is a mall within a short walk over the nearby vehicle bridge.

It's next to railways, not a very convenient location. But there is a supermarket nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. Meals was so-so. Yet the staff were super friendly must say.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
