If you like to stay somewhere like a home this is a good choice. The large room with wooden floors and 2 beds has full kitchen and washing machine, there are basics like soap and cotton/ razor/ earplugs. There are tatami room options as well. 3pm check in was tough, there is not much chance of early check in and there is no lobby, so no toilet in case you arrive early and thought you could clean up before heading out. Room for left luggage at the front is self service which was flexible. Normally no bike parking although the staff tried to accommodate by giving up their staff parking which was much appreciated. There is no daily room cleaning which I don’t mind, but be prepared to sort the rubbish like a local (which i liked as i do that anyway and liked the option of sorting bins). Towels can be left outside and new towels are available in baskets if needed. Staff were pleasant and helpful!

Small but comprehensive service hotel. But the sound proof need some improvement as because you may keep hearing the sound from your neighbours. The hotel is locate within the housing area, so the public transport is limited to bus or you can choose to walk 10 mins to reach the train station.

I recommend this hotel to small families and couples. Although a little far from the Gojo subway, its connectivity to Kyoto station is a plus point. A well- run service apartment with excellent facilities and amenities. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness.
