We stayed in this lovely hotel for six nights. It was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect and a short walk to town and many of the sites. The buses were just steps away if we wanted to go further. I highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived in Innsbruck and when we checked in and looked out our window to the river and the Christkindlemarkt across the bridge it seemed magical. The hotel was in a very good location, staff was super friendly and the bar in the lobby area was a special treat. If we are in Innsbruck again we would stay here 100%.

Innsbruck in December is magical, and our stay at Hotel Mondschein was equally as magical. Service was impeccable, breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom looked brand new and was especially cozy with the heated towel rack. Thank you for making our stay extra "zauberhaft!"

Hotel Mondschein is a very good hotel right across the river from Innsbruck's Old Town, with the bridge across right in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the staff were wonderful. A very minor downside (but quite typical in Europe) is that you will probably have to park your car in the public parking garage across the river in the Old Town. Even with this, this hotel is well worth it in terms of comfort, location, and value for money.

Conveniently and beautifully situated right on the river, by th bridge to old town, this is a delightful hotel with old world charm. especially appreciative of the staff... always a smile and so helpful. Lovely assortment of breakfast treats on the extensive buffet. Will stay here again... and it has a good elevator to all floors, and a bar for a nightcap!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
