Overall it's good for the price you pay. It's close to the main station, so I'd say it's in a pretty good position. If you don't mind walking a little bit to reach the old town (around 20/30 minutes...?). The room was nice, not bad nor excellent. The bed was comfortable, the two small sheets not so much. The temperature in the room was warm enough for the cold weather outside. There was a kettle and some teas on the desk, but they didn't give us any cups, so I find it quite pointless if you don't give the full service. The breakfast was good. If you expect desserts, this isn't really the case... very few options. I only have a picture for one of my breakfasts.

Please do not waste your money. This is a hotel where they have googled what a 3 star needs and done that as cheaply as possible. It is dusty, the pillows are like paper, the shower temperature fluctuated hugely when other people used it and the walls are so thin you are basically sharing a room. The hallways smelt like a toilet and the breakfast was a huge letdown. The only redeeming quality is the location and even then I would have walked further for a better experience. Don't ruin your holiday!

Best location. You are nearby 200 m to main railway station.Just you come out of a small street & there is railway station. This is old city. Full of museums. Full of transport facilities. Great location, good food, clean room but not the best.

How are you 3 star with no AC in 2023? Pillows looked great until you lay on it and go straight through it like tissue paper. Rest of stay was good enough. Clean, modern and good looking hotel. Breakfast was superb and only thing that kept this from a 1 star review. Staff were pretty good too. Close to train station but not much else, not too bad to get around but not much walkable. Better pillows and AC and this is a 5 star review.

I would recommend this hotel (the buffet breakfast was excellent) & definitely would stay here again, the room/hotel are clean & comfortable and price reasonable in comparison with many other hotels. The hotel nicely mixes traditional & modern furnishings, the staff I dealt with were friendly & while not located in central Zurich, everything I needed was within a reasonable walk and it is well located for public transport. The only negatives & these were minor, the pillows are a little too soft for my liking & the room temperature a touch high.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
