Great rooms with a convenient location near the station. I was a jet-lagged, red-eyed mess and they let me check in early so I didn't collapse in the middle of Tokyo and also held my luggage for me for a few hours after I checked out so that I could complete a tour. Great service!

Nice rooms, quite spacious and near Tokyo train station. I love to give service 5 stars but the coffee machine being in the lobby with the avaibility of use limited and had a bad encounter with a hotel staff while trying to get a cup of coffee in the morning. I am probably to blame for staying in the hotel and trying to make a cup of coffee while other guests are having breakfast, which I ended up getting a cup at 7 eleven anyway.

The rooms are on the newer side. Liked that they used vinyl flooring! The room sizing is the same typical size as you find at hotels in Japan. The bathroom was a little smaller than usual. The staff were really helpful and they can speak English as well. They took cared of our luggage delivery service. The stay came with fast WiFi. We were lucky to stay on the top floor so we had a little view. 🙂 The cleaning person came to make to room everyday. It is a five-minute walk from Tokyo station’s Yaesu exits. There are convenient stores a block down from the hotel. This hotel is situated in a perfect location. Overall, this hotel was great. Would stay again.

I landed at NRT and needed a place to stay a night before making my way down to Nagoya way and it being a few blocks away from JR Tokyo Yaesu end (which happened to be where airport shuttle stop was), so I could jump on Shinkansen the next day so it made perfect sense to stay here overnight. The room was small (expected in most Japanese hotels) but clean and modern - it had a small table but a bit too small to eat anything on it, which was unfortunate as one cannot eat own food at the restaurant tables (fair enough). There are communal microwaves just next to the restaurant. All in all, a reasonable place to stay being central and close to JR Tokyo. I'd stay here again next time (I have to stay somewhere in Tokyo overnight as its close proximity to JR Tokyo really makes it ideal)

Great location near Tokyo station, perfect if you want to take a night (e.g. if you’ve just arrived on an international flight from Haneda) before transiting by train and want to be close by. Rooms are small but clean and well appointed, perfect for a traveler. Price can’t be beat in this area if you want convenience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
