Excellent value, good location that is in walking distance of all the major attractions. It's not super lux, so if you're looking for that another hotel might be best, but for those who want a reasonable price and comfortable room to retire to after a long day touring the city, then this is an excellent hotel for you. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooftop garden bar was wonderful.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was clean. Water pressure in the shower was great! I wish the room was cooler. There was no way to change the temperature as the thermostat controls were locked. Breakfast selection was very good. Big thanks to Emilyn for being very kind and helpful during breakfast. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is not the nicest but it was very close to the main train/bus terminal (Termini) so very accessible.

The hotel was great! Before arrival I called and they set up transportation from the airport (FCO) to the hotel, which was very nice! We arrived a little early for check-in. But the gentlemen at the front desk had a room ready in 15 minutes so we didn’t have to wait. Breakfast was included and was much like a buffet. We were a group of 4 with two 19 year old boys. We never left hungry. The breakfast area also served as a bar in the evening (on the rooftop), it was a nice place to sit and relax after a long day of walking. As for location, it was a nice neighborhood and not very noisy. If you’re going to Rome, you’re going to walk a lot, bring some good shoes. If I were to ever come back, I would choose this hotel again!

Had a great stay. The staff was what made the place special, Micah, Franco and Micheal went above and beyond to help make our visit to Italy special. Oh, and Fred, on the rooftop bar is a must for a night cap

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
