        It is 12 minutes walking from Tokyo station and is cheap compared to the rest of the hotels in the area. The hotel is beautiful and well decorated. The staff speaks very good English. The bad thing is that it has centralized air conditioning, while it was 26 degrees Celsius outside it was in heating mode inside (it couldn't be changed, they told us at reception) The bed was hard. There was cleaning every day, something rare in Japan.

        Very disappointed of our room during a two night stay. The room was on the smaller side and could not open both large suitcases. The bed was too firm and the pillows were flat. The air conditioner was broken and not working. The front desk needed to unlock the room window in order to allow cool air inside. The room was dusty and not up to Japanese standards for being clean. The bathroom had black mold spots in several places. The shower head was terrible. The only bright spot about this hotel was the location as it's located in central Ginza. Everything was only a 5 or 10 minute walk. There's a 7-11 and drug store next to the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby too including a Doutor coffee for breakfast.

        OK, this place was as tiny as a dollhouse. We felt like giants in this room. We ordered a double bed, and i think that is all that could fit in there. The beds were super hard, as well as the pillows. We asked for other pillows, which they were not very happy or friendly to give. The staff probably did not enjoy working there, as they never seemed happy. First time i have experienced unfriendly people in Japan. In our bedroom, We would slide our luggage under the bed in order for us to move around the room. The bathroom was probably the best thing in our 3 day stay. Our kids stayed in the twin room, which was much bigger than the double room They could at least walk in their room. There is definitely no smoking 🚭 anywhere near the hotel, even on the street. In the family mart downstairs, there is a smoking room where the smokers can go. But it closes at 9pm. We did not do the breakfast. Instead, we found a Starbucks further down the street. Better value for money.

        When I checked in, the room the counter arranged for me, the air conditioner couldn't be turned on, and the refrigerator was broken. When I called the counter, their response was nonchalant until I walked up to the counter impatiently. I was the first guest while other guests were checking in and the process was not yet complete. I should get on with my business first, right? But I've been waiting for almost ten minutes. The counter gave me a noisy room facing the elevator doors, no apology. I declined and was moved to another room and asked to see it live. I think it's very rude to give guests shabby rooms. Isn't it the hotel staff's job to have a functional room! Also invite guests to check! I have a feeling of being insulted by the hotel! After checking in, I went to the toilet and found that the exhaust fan was broken! It's already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, I don't want to face the hotel's terrible counter, and the sheets changed on the third day are all torn! This is the worst hotel experience I have ever stayed in Ginza. Even two stars is too much in my rating. Ps: The so-called ordinary air-conditioned room is my experience in the past few days. Sometimes it's cold and sometimes it's hot. The air conditioning system is really bad!
