I came to this hotel for a business trip and my boss had chosen this hotel for me. The experience was overall good and I can understand why this theme can be popular amongst women here. As a French person I felt like staying at Disneyland's haunted mansion or Tower of Terror (笑) The staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious! The bed and room was overall comfortable. I especially loved that the bathtub was European style where I could comfortably extend my legs (I'm tall). For me the minus point was that the room wasn't completely clean. The night before I had stayed in a cheap business hotel and the room was cleaner than at this more expensive hotel. There was a thick dust layer at the bottom of the fridge closet and at other different places. Maybe I got unlucky with my room but I wish the staff could be more careful to this. This is not my usual personal taste of hotel style so I'm not sure I will come back 🙇

Perhaps my own fault for picking a "semi double" room, so adding that 4th star for what was a three star experience. We've stayed here twice in the past and were totally pleased. But this year's room was cramped. An oversized television took up most of the little counter space. There was too much furniture in the small room. The shower sprayer was mounted too high and not adjustable, causing for unavoidable "face sprays" at any turn. I hope this was an anomaly and not representative of things to come.

Nice Victorian-style hotel near JR Osaka Station. Automated parking available right at the entrance of hotel's ground floor. Room is nice but a bit too small for a family of 4 (young children) and there's no view for our room, pity. Hotel is connected to underground passage way at B1 floor at exit number 6 30 which leads to JR Osaka Station. Recommended for those who loves the vibes around JR Osaka Station.

The location is pretty good. About a 10 minute walk to the main Osaka station and Daimaru but it is safe. If you are in Osaka station it is best to take the Sakurabahsi exit to get to this hotel. The room was nice overall. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the AC to work and figure out how to turn on the main lights. After searching all over the room I found the switch on the night stand.
