The room we got was good : spacious, good view, clean but there was a persistent smoke smell there. We stayed for 2 days but the soap and toiletries were not enough or refilled. The service was slower than expected. The staff was friendly though. There was atleast 1 person at the reception at all times.

This is a great hotel right in the heart of Kathmandu. It is right by the Thamel bazaar and a short walk from Durbar square. I ended up staying here twice during my trip to Nepal, for a total of 7 days at this hotel. It has all of the ameneties that american and european travellers are used to (western toilets, etc). I dont think that there is a better place we could have stayed in the city. The location and the staff were amazing and we spent a lot of time up on their rooftop patio when we were working as a group or just hanging out under the heaters and enjoying the cool nights and city lights. Their courtyard is also beautiful and a nice quiet spot in an otherwise very loud town. I spent several total hours there just going over photos and relaxing.

We stayed at the Moonlight prior to and after our trek to Everest Basecamp. We would definitely return. The rooms were clean, we felt safe, the staff was friendly, breakfast was great, room service was efficient and we were in the heart of Thamel. Whatever our needs were, they had us covered. Laundry service, bottled water, wine. I feel confident recommending this hotels

Prime location in Thamel mkt area. Good breakfast options, comfortable rooms, perfect location for nearby places and Airport. Overall a nice hotel to stay with reasonable rates.

Great hotel in a centralised location in Thamel. Rooms were very clean and tidy and the service from the staff was outstanding. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
