        Very clean and pleasant. Staff were super helpful. Very close to main train station and Metro Line. Plenty of nice inexpensive restaurants near by. Breakfast was provided and was a good variety.

        This is probably a four or five star hotel in Rome but if you're American it would equate to a three or four star hotel in America. I was there for a wedding so there was basically six groups in different rooms of the six of us only one of us had a working AC unit wasn't that bad in the winter when we could open the window but in the summer it might be rough also of the six rooms the showers were very inconsistent mine was probably 2 ft by 2 ft which is part of the course in Europe but I had some of my friends complain that theirs was leaking and one actually had to change rooms The staff there are very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is pretty good and fairly reasonably priced. I recommend it but make sure you know what you're getting into when you book

        Very helpful staff upon arrival. We were early and the reception staff offered for our luggage to be stored away so we may explore while waiting to check in. Coming from America, Florida to be precise, we knew the rooms were smaller than what we are accustomed to. Room was very well cleaned and cozy, and for a large man like myself I was pleasantly surprised. Would very much recommend to family and friends to stay at this hotel.

        👍👍The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right by the train station, so it is very convenient to get around. There are also many restaurants and shops nea rby The rooms are very small. I barely had enough room for my suitcase, and there was not enough space to eat a meal in the room. The bathroom is even smaller, and it was difficult to get around in it. The price of the room is a bit steep, especially considering the size of the room. There are also taxes that are not included in the price of the room. The staff at this hotel is excellent. They are very friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

        This was our last stop (London, Paris, Rome) and was our biggest disappointment for hotels. I would give it a 3-star rating. The rooms had wallpaper that looked like it needed to be redone throughout the room (it was coming up and bubbling everywhere). The AC was not sufficient. We ended up asking for a fan to help sleep at night, which they did have. The breakfast was okay. It was a typical provided breakfast and did not change from day to day. The people were nice and fairly helpful. The first floor was the nicest looking, and AC was working down there. The small elevators were great! I was wondering if I would get to experience one! They were installed after the building was built (old building), so they have to be small. Zero complaints with them. They functioned great. The location was okay. It definitely felt like more of the ghetto or poverty side of town but just on the edge. We avoided going East as it became more and more sketchy and smelled like urine everywhere. All-in-all, it felt like a 3-star hotel. We would likely look around for something different next time.
