This is an excelent hotel to stay in Rome, 3 minutes away from the metro station and 15 minute walk from Roma Termini. The rooms are clean and perfect for a stay in Rome. Paolo was a really great host, always asking how you are and making an effort with you, ofering coffee and receiving with a smile. It's close to the Coliseum in case you want to walk and see other things.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk too the Colosseum, it has a nice park at the end of the Street. The room covers all youre basic needs but its made even better because of the hosts. They were polite and helpful, awnsered all our questions about how to get around town, they gave is a useful map with all the attractions. Every night, when we come back to our room they leave coffe and delicious croissants on our desk. To many nice things too mention. Would come back here again!

It was such a good experience to stay in Hotel Moscatello. Even though there is an ongoing contruction around the hotel, the rooms were clean, comfortable and silent. The cleaning was so good that I do not expect :)

Friendly staff, great location (we could walk to all the major attractions in 30 minutes or less), and a very cute hotel. Only complaint was the poor WiFi and the lack of the staff trying to fix it. It was a difficult 3 days of trying to plan each day of our vacation when we couldn’t use the internet. This is difficult for international travelers who do not have cell data to use.

One stop away from city centre on metro. Totally independent. Set of keys come and go as you please. Not your usual serviced hotel. Lovely owners Paulo is a gentleman. Adriana speaks perfect English and is very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
