We had a great one night stay. Our room was spacious, with a lovely and clean bathroom and jacuzzi tub. We had a lovely terrace we could look out on the beautiful views of Katoomba from. David and Molly were especially warm and welcoming and David’s sense of humor and hospitality during our breakfast were memorable and greatly appreciated. The hotel itself is older and a bit dated, but in a charming way that should be expected given the historical nature of the building. This was an unplanned one night adventure on our honeymoon that turned out to be one of our favorite “last minute” reservations. Easy, beautiful walk to the main area of town and train. Would recommend!

I love this hotel. Great atmosphere. Beautiful hotel. Amazing pianist. Thank you so much for your wonderful performance, dear Alan. You are very talented. You played beautifully. We enjoyed every moment. We have been at the hotel twice. We will come back again.

We had an absolutely lovely night. My Partner and I stayed 12/12/23 as we were getting married that day. From start to end we’ve had all we needed. When we all had breakfast in the morning to warm up before the ride home to Sydney we had an absolutely amazing service from David the hotel manager. He had a life about him which made us and our wedding party much happier to be awake after an incredible yet busy day. We were taken care of from start to end and made sure we wanted to come back to the hotel we celebrated our wedding night at.

It's a historic hotel, the views can not be beat. The rooms are all slightly different. They were immaculately clean(I even check the bathroom vent cover). Linens were high quality and so were the towels. The downsides were the wood furniture was from the seventies and very worn while the hotel was over 100. The tub and tiles were painted over a while ago from the looks(no mould was evident). The staff were friendly and helpful, every enjoyable. I would recommend it for just the historical value, as long as you don't expect perfect desks and chairs. Overall a very enjoyable stay, and would stay there again.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the Blue Mountains. The staff were the most pleasant and most helpful I have ever had in a hotel. The restaurant food is outstanding and great value. I’m still thinking about the beautiful pancakes I had at breakfast. Our room was also very clean with a wonderful view of the Blue Mountains. Would highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
