It is very near the tourist bus park, just a 10-min walk. There are a lot to like, in this place. Friendly owner, helpful, good wifi (if rooms are near the center), hot shower etc. The owner even came to knock on my door early in the morning because he knew I had wanted to see Annapurna Himalayan and the view was clear that morning. Eateries are nearby. My only disappointment was when I tried to rent a scooter for a day. The owner's son helped me to get a scooter but he told me that a day rental is from morning to evening only. I needed one from 11am until the next day 11am. He said that is not how motorcycle rental is like. Disappointed, I had to come up with additional 1500 rupees, for a second day, although I didn't have much use for it. A check at the lakeside, I was told that I could rent a scooter from 11am to 11am the next day. I felt my money was wasted. That said, please do stay at this hotel. It is really pleasant.

Hotel Mountain View is a charming family-owned hotel tucked away on a quite street. The establishment boasts cleanliness, a delightful garden view, and an excellent location, conveniently within walking distance of numerous picturesque attractions. What enhances its allure is the fact that they offer only a limited number of rooms, if my memory serves me right, just seven. So, don't hesitate to secure your booking promptly! :) Without a doubt, I will revisit when I pass through Pokhara again in the future.

We stayed at the hotel for almost a week, both before and after our trek to ABC. The hotel owner arranged a guide for the trek, assisted us in choosing routes, and was very helpful in making reservations and scheduling taxis for us. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location near restaurants and the lake, and its proximity to a park where you can do yoga every morning.

It’s a gorgeous family owned hotel, Dhiraj & his dad were super helpful and very quick to respond to us on WhatsApp. The rooms were clean, hot water works and so does Wi-Fi. The courtyard is very cute, recommend getting a masala chai in the morning and sitting in the courtyard (they can setup a table for you). Overall for the price it is fantastic, the only improvement I’d have is the blankets were a bit too thick and the fan was very loud so I couldn’t sleep with it on. Other than that -highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
