The hotel location was good as it was close to so many restaurants and historical places in Brussels However, we couldn't sleep until 3 am as the area was noisy. The room smelled of rose water, which I didn't like. The breakfast includes orange juice, tea, cheese, croissants, and jam. I didn't like the blanket as it didn't have a cover. Although there was an elevator, some stairs made it hard to carry our suitcase. The staff were friendly and kind. My husband couldn't get inside the hotel at 5 am and had to wait 10 minutes until someone saw him and let him in. Our room wasn't soundproof, and we could hear the next door snoring the whole night. Parking is changing around the hotel. I don't think it is a suitable area for a family with children as it is too noisy. This is an old building and needs renovation. Except for the location and staff, we didn't like anything else about this hotel.

AVOID!!!!! We stayed here for 2 nights and only as we were leaving we saw bed bugs all over the wall and in our beds. See the video! They have patterned bed sheets and carpet walls in a very old building. We told the staff and they offered to give us one nights refund but they lied about this as we have not received anything at all. They asked us not to post anything online but they have made no attempt to resolve this. The bites were horrible lasting 1.5 weeks and the lack of response from them is disgusting Avoid this place at all cost. it’s not worth the hassle and stress of bringing back bed bugs !!!

i came here with my family, and my father paid 120€ for a room for THREE PEOPLE, yet we got only one bed and we had to squeeze (luckily my father is a very skinny man so we fit) otherwise we wouldn't even fit. the walls were thin, we could hear people walking and opening the loud doors everywhere! the doors are EXTREMELY noisy, sounding like a screech every time they open. the decorations were neat, especially for fans of maximalism, but the stairs were extremely narrow, the walls were during construction so there were white spots literally everywhere on our walls, the TV wasn't even working, the bed frames were extremely wonky, the bathroom was the only good thing, decently clean. i heard a lot of people talking about bed bugs, personally i haven't had them (thankfully...) but for the price..NOT worth it. my father paid twice what we should've because we wanted a two beds bedroom yet they sent an email the day BEFORE saying "we can't promise all your needs will be met"! absolutely insane. they say they have parking yet they will send you to a public parking spot 5 minutes car away AND IT'S NOT INCLUDED. so you'll have to pay. the only good thing about this was the view and the fact it was extremely close to the centre and everything else, otherwise you might as well pay more and actually sleep well.

The hotel is an like a museum of antiquities. The reception is beautiful, and the receptionist (whom I believe is also the owner) is a very impressive man. He is a polyglot and plays the piano like a professional. He was very friendly and welcoming. The room however, did not have AC or a fan, and it was very warm in there on a hot day in Brussels. It did not live up to my expectations. The view out of my room was nice though. Complimentary breakfast is always a nice addition. Lots of eateries right in front of the hotel.

The smell all inside this hotel is awful, room facilities are old and very disorganized. Noises from corridor and next rooms because the door is very thin. Breakfast has nothing. Bad experience except the good location

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
