        Overall a nice hotel, right across the bus station that connects to Kyoto Station, 2 other stations and the station which leads to the Bamboo forest (last station). They hold your luggage for free in the lobby and all you need to do is tell them an estimate time of arrival to pick them up. Room booked for 3 people was spacious although the last bed was tucked behind the wall so was only accessible from one side, no biggie. Shower was very nice, has a separate door from the toilet and has both a shower and a bath. Had nice shower products. Sink was wide too and hair dryer was provided although not the strongest. Was provided with pajamas which were comfy but the pants were too big and did not have an elastic but instead a rather stiff string. Other supplies such as toothbrushes, razors, ear swabs, shower towels and combs needed to be picked up next to the lobby. Personally thought it was a rather green move, get just what you need. Also got three keys for three people. The room faced the Main Street with not much to see than a bright family mart sign so had to close the double blinds.

        The location is nice - near two stations and some nice restaurants. Room was very small but clean. The wifi is not great. If you need to do work, I suggest going outside of the hotel. They held my bags in the morning after checking out which was nice.

        Price is relatively cheap for a private room and bathroom (paid the same cost in Tokyo for dorm room and shared bathroom). Room is clean, staff is attentive and the location is superb! Only 3 mins away for big bus stops and train station. The staff also speaks perfect English. I’ll stay here again in the future if I get to Kyoto again. I forgot my phone in the room and even after few days when I remembered that I lost my phone, they still kept it for me. Thank you so much!

        Excellent hotel as a base in Kyoto. Inexpensive but with excellent services, modern, spacious and very comfortable room (there were 3 of us). Very well located, central, with many bus/metro stations nearby, everything becomes simple. Top-notch staff, who can store luggage both on arrival, in advance of check-in, and on departure, after check-out. The best value for money.

        Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Clean, cozy, free Wi-Fi and water. Bathroom shower pressure was amazing! Took a hot bath and so did my son which he enjoyed very much. Friendly service with a quick check in and out. Coffee and pastries are for a 100¥. No breakfast but hey it’s okay !! Lots of eateries and very close to bus and train stations! I would highly recommend and would come back here if we come back to Kyoto.
