I only received the highest quality of hospitality from the staff. Everything was professionally done from the rooms to the preparations of food. They were a key asset in helping me navigate the city, as they would go the extra mile to verify my travel plans would work according the routes I took. Relaxing day use for 1500 p.Pax incl. a drink. They have sunbeds, but the pool is very refreshing as it is not heated. Nice break from the busy and loud streets in the bazaar

Once you can get past the madness of Kathmandu, you really appreciate a hotel like this. It’s an amazing location with a really good guide. Then you get back to the hotel. Have a massage as the treatments are incredible. Then enjoy a drink with the fabulous hospitality team.

Thamel is a great area and the hotel is in a great and safe spot and it is very clean. The rooftop pool and lounge area are lovely. The food, at best, is mediocre and really expensive. That's the best I can say. The rooms are ridiculously hot for ages until their antiquated air conditioning kicks on, it smells pretty musty, and the pillows stink. It's not a bad place by any reason but it definitely isn't a four star place. Temper your expectations and know what you're getting. Spend the extra if you want luxury and go to dwarika. My biggest problem was the majority of the staff. One lady was almost helpful. They wouldn't help get a taxi or recommend even where to go or look for anything. Were they acceptable? Yes. I would however call this place a hotbed of mediocrity. Barely good enough but they were good enough for a three star rating. Btw-we stayed in four hotels on this trip-this was easily the worst in terms of service quality.

Again, I had a perfekt and relaxing stay at the Mulberry after a trecking tour through Upper Mustang! The roof top bar is great. It provides a magnificant view on Kathmandu and the infinity pool invites you to a swim on top of the roofs of Kathmandu! I like that! I do recommend the Mulberry very much and my friends and I will definetely come back again! See you there 😉

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
