5 Stars!!! Very good value for money!! Excellent breakfasts included in the price Quiet, clean room, comfortable mattress and pillows, toiletries provided. In the city centre, a short distance from Hackenbrücke S banh station. Reception open till very late: I arrived at 23:30 and checked in easily and fast:). The staff are very welcoming, polite, helpful and friendly! Thanks for your hard work:) Certainly will stay there again while in Munich,and will recommend it to my family and friends!

We booked a premium room last minute due to cancellation caused by the crazy December 23 weather elsewhere. The location is reasonably accessible by public transport and near tram, subway and 15min walk from main station. The room was a bit of a let down, it's a big room but the cleanliness was not great there was dust all over the place. For the size of the room the bathroom was ridiculously small. The room also had a nespresso coffee machine, however we was given 4 pods and never left any more durring the three night stay so didn't last long it would of been nice if we had a kettle for tea as well. We also had issues with noise from the noisy neighbours in the next room. Unfortunately it sounded like they left the TV on all night. Breakfast was a good continental spread with meats, cheese, breads, cereals and yoghurt.

A+ location for oktoberfest. Booked a room with air conditioning and my room had a balcony. Once the grounds let out it can be noisy with people and sirens so the AC is a must if you want to shut the window. The front desk staff in the morning had a really lovely man. He is just the greatest. Night staff (man) was quiet but just fine. The night staff (woman) was grumpy! I enjoyed the bar and the bar staff. Now... the bathroom. The shower absolutely pissed water out of the bottom and onto the floor. Needed new towels daily. The shower is also a stand up shower that's not big enough to bend over in. Was pricy but the draw is location. The main reason I don't think I'd book again is that shower. Overall I enjoyed my stay but not sure I'd be back.

Found this property at a great rate online. It's about 8 minutes from the S-Banh station which takes you to the airport or city center. The tram stop is about four minutes away. Across the street there is a large supermarket and a variety of stores. The breakfast is pretty good and was included in my rate, from eggs, to cold cuts to a variety of breads, it's pretty filling and most dietary needs would be fulfilled. The only issue is that the rooms are not designed for summer. My room did not have central air conditioning just a fan. Now I assume that the heating must be great but not having air conditioner can be an issue during the summer. Other than that no issues.

Room and location is perfect. But when you want to order something to drink at the hotel bar, not very clever. Got Campari orange, and it was pure orange juice, asked from reception staff …. It was 10,50 !!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
