Chose hotel on Booking.com due to its close proximity to Vatican City, and price. The staff were extremely welcoming, and each time we returned from our day of sightseeing they always put a smile on our face when they welcomed us back. The rooms are clean, spacious and had all facilities we needed, as we would be spending much of our time exploring Rome and needed a base to sleep, and rest in the afternoon after the long walks. If you are visiting Rome on a budget, you could not go wrong here

The hotel is a nice boutique operation. Our rooms were not luxurious but more than adequate. They were pretty loud with traffic noise but we were on the first floor. If you’re going to the Vatican it’s well located. Visit the Restaurant dei Musei around the corner. The front desk was very particular about seeing our passports, which may be a Roman law. We had 2 rooms and there were 4 of us. The man at the front desk was very concerned and said that we had to redo our reservation because we had only made it for 3 people. Well, we had 2 rooms so I didn’t see what the fuss was about. Maybe because breakfast came with the room so they’d have to provide another breakfast? Breakfast was fine, but it was a buffet. I don’t believe that one more person, whether due to their mistake or mine, would cause a problem. I thought it could’ve been handled better. Fortunately, one of my sons lived nearby so he simply stayed home and didn’t have breakfast with us, which was disappointing since we were there to visit him.

Hotel is great!!!!!! Great accommodations!!!! Breakfast was great! Location is a good walk away from the Vatican City. Highly recommend!!!! A tip goes a long way.

Great location and the hotel is clean. My room was a solo, so small twin bed, small bathroom. Staff was friendly and spoke English. A nice hotel on the Vatican side of town. Perfect for a tracker with a budget in mind that still wants a bit of comfort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
