Very disappointing ! Photos look nice, in fact rooms are small, no external windows but all with large windows on central alley path. No bathroom, a shower in a closet ! This is not a four star but a 2 star or a YMCA hotel The wall are so thin that you fully enjoy your neighbor ‘s night !!!! Breakfast included but then we go in an other place to eat a decent one. It was really a bad experience !

Great location and service. The place is beautiful. The rooms are very small for the price. Not all the bedrooms have AC and it can get very hot during the nights. I had to change rooms two times and never got a working shower. The breakfast wasn't that much

Great place! Excellent service. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is good. Very clean. The location is convenient, we could walk to Chapultepec Park and also take the local transit easily. Thank you!

Recently stayed at Hotel MX condesa and had a less than satisfactory experience. Initially, we found a tick in our room, prompting a room change. Unfortunately, the second room had its own set of issues: hair and stains on the bed covers, and a broken window that let in noise and cold air. We were then moved to a third room, which was smaller and not what we expected. Throughout this ordeal, we were not compensated, offered a refund, or given a credit. Moreover, the staff seemed dismissive of our situation, particularly the inconvenience caused by the tick and the multiple room changes. This experience significantly impacted our stay, leaving us disappointed with the service and overall management.

This hotel is in the middle of the city in a great safe location. Rooms are a bit small but they have great service with a good complimentary breakfast. Parking is extremely hard and parking garages are usually ran out space so best bet is to park on the street and pay the meter every 6 hours. Metro is walking distance about 2 blocks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
