Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast and service. However, rooms have poor ventilation, windows are unopenable, the only source of fresh air is in a bathroom. But during my stay the downstairs neighbors were smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the bathroom and the smoke was coming into my room. I had to sleep with the smell of smoke.

The place is located near the Forum Mall and public transportation is at across the street. Excelent location and great customer service from the front desk. The price of the stay includes you breakfast . They also had coffee or tea available at no extra cost at all times in the eating area. The beds and room were well maintained and the room was spacious.

I enjoyed my time there. It was very close to several turística places such as the angel de la revolución, el Zócalo, el monumento de la revolución and the Palacio de bellas artes. 30 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a mall in front with lot of stores, ATMs and restaurants. Staff was kind and polite. I give them 4 cause my access card was not working and I had to change it 2 or 3 times a day, which es very annoying. Plus, they don't have pool nor a comfy living room.

Such a great hotel! I can't believe how cheap it was and how clean and new-looking it is, I just ordered a hamburger on room service for only $6 USD and it was Chili's quality! I'm definitely coming back!

They desire all the star they get. Their place is really clean, the front desk personnels were helpful and nice. They serve complimentary breakfast with room booking and they have bar service. Located in the center of mexico city with everything in close distant. Food, entertainment, mall, bus station and train etc.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
