Great location, good breakfast, great and friendly service. But it's noisy, not much because of the music in the Plaza Garibaldi (it depends on where your room faces to) but because of mechanical noises like engines, fans on different times of the day and night. The room was clean and comfortable. The safe was convenient. My door or/and the magnetic card that was assigned to me was defective: it worked few times, but many others would not open the door. The first day someone came to the room, they checked and re-updated the card. But the day after the problem showed up again: the staff was always nice and prompt to fix the card, but one evening I had to go to the lobby 4 times on a row because even after "fixing" the card, still wouldn't open the door. When I asked for an extra copy to avoid all this trouble they denied it.

Great location area, everything was fine with my room, I was dissatisfied with the treatment that the reception lady Tere gave me, her attention to a client before me, was lazy and when it was my turn her responses were very arrogant, He did not give me confidence when I gave him my card to charge and it is not worth mentioning that with his regeton music, he did not allow me to listen to my meal times or his internet service.

Great location. Comfortable beds and great shower pressure & heat. Where the hotel is located is also a loud area so be aware before booking that you might be up late due to the mariachi music next door and down the street. Breakfast was basic, be cautious with the scrambled eggs as I found eggshells in mine. I would stay again due to the price and location 👍

Wow AMAZING YOU GET ALOT MORE FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY! I stayed there from August 16-19th price really affordable, installations really great! Rooms spacious and really clean! Bathroom good size only downer was the shower quite small 😞 , but when I check in they said I had breakfast included as well, and it's a really small buffet, but food was good! And housekeeping always left a good smell, and reception and security where great! I will be back again!

I arrived at the hotel & checked in the receptionist gave me a door card for room 404, went to the room & the card didn’t work, went back to reception, she gave me the card to try again still not working, went back to reception,this time she sent up with a maintenance man who couldn’t get card to work, he reappeared with a card to 409 this didn’t work, he went down & got another card & finally opened the room door, it took 5 cards & 2rooms but I got in, Finally into a room, however the duvet cover on the bed had a dirty brown mark in the middle & the bathroom wasn’t very clean & smelt damp. That evening the downlighter in the ceiling started flashing where there was a faulty connection so I just turned of that group of lights, The next morning with more light in the dark room I noticed something under my bedside shelf which turned out to be a dark pair of socks with some tight rolled inside the ball, they were obviously left by the previous guests, this confirmed the room had not been cleaned very well before I arrived. To top this off I had paid for my 3 nights in full on my arrival & on my second day they proceeded to take 2 nights money from my account on my preauthorised card for the deposit, I still have not received a refund for this & the management do not seem interested. I have stayed in hotels every night for the last 4 months while travelling & this has been by along way the worst experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
