Room is very big. Clean. 2 metro stops to the nearest Walmart and Suburbania which is a shopping mall. Both in Buenavista. Less than 20 mins walk to Palace of Arts. Lots of street food to eat at night. The square opposite the hotel , across the road, is where you can find very cheap and nice mexican food.

It was the best hotel I had stayed in mexico city. I recommend it. The girl at the front and Alejandro have the best customer service. The security guard was very helpful. I love the gym and the boxing bag they have in the hotel.

It's decent. Very cheap. You get what you pay for, so to speak. Keep in mind that there is no air conditioning, no carpet (very loud/echoey), no drawers or conventional storage, very few outlets. If you want to save a lot of money and don't mind missing out on all of the small details that make nice hotels nice, this place is for you.

Hotel : Hotel is really nice designed, rooms are clean and looks modern. Staff : Staff is friendly and helpful. Morning and late night shifts as well. Hygiene : Overall hotel is clean and looks well cared but i felt they did not change the towel just organized and put it back. They clean the room good. Confort : There is no comfort if you do not like noise from the street and inside of the hotel. Rooms are not isolated at all from noise. Had a hard time to go to sleep because of the un educated people who was staying next door. Place : Hotel is located at the end of the safe zone between dangerous zone ( called tepito ) do not enter the streets if you do not wanna have problem. Just stay on the main avenues and where is the people. There is no danger in the morning until late night around 8 p.m. but you need to know where you are going and be carefully if you are tourist looking. Just take care. Overall experience is good and if you are on budget. It is a good choice. There is no AC inside the room but there is a good ventilator. They gave everyday same breakfast but there is no worries. You get what you paid. So it was a nice experience.

Just want to write a review because my brother cologne got stolen. Made the experience turn from good to bad real quick. Rooms are hot and it’s very noise as well. Would not recommend! How they let the staff slide like that without repercussions is beyond me. Hide all your valuables if you do stay here apparently your perfume as well cause they will steal it 🤦‍♂️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
