Hotel MX Roma was a great hotel Experience. The hotel is situated in a great street with lots of great places to walk around find good eats and to sight see. The service provided at the hotel was great too and the breakfast that’s provided with at your stay was delicious. Overall a great experience and I’m excited to book more stays in different locations.

This is been by far the quietest place. I’ve stayed since I’ve been in Mexico. The rooftop terrace is perfect. The breakfast was more than expected. This location is perfect. Highly recommend this location. The price is too good to be true.

Great location with a taco stand right outside, blue corn quesadilla to the side, and a grocery store. Good price compared to other hotels, but probably a two star than three star. Our room had windows but it's opaque and doesn't open, so the room was very humid and stuffy. Leaving the door open for a while helped but we didn't mind it so much.

Great, modern hotel within walking distance to restaurants, galleries, parks, grocery stores. The included breakfast is traditional Mexican, with some fruit/cereal options and coffee. Good wifi and a nice rooftop gym and garden/patio. The rooms are modern, clean and massive. AC, USB plugs, good water pressure and hot water. Only suggested improvement would be to have a chair or place to sit in them room. It's assumed you'll use your bed as a sofa, but it's quite high and there is literally no where in the massive room to sit and do things like put on shoes or socks.... Besides the toilet

This hotel is in a great location and amazing value (specially if you book in advance on their website you will get a great discount). The staff is friendly and there are many restaurants and grocery stores within a couple of steps from the hotel. My room was pretty close to the elevator and it did get noisy if people were being loud in the hallway. But that only happened a few times during my stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
