First night. The room is somewhat small but nice. Bed is comfortable. The young man at the front desk has been very attentive. Hot water air conditioner works. Nice TV. Coffee 24 hours. Great location.

NO AIRCONDITIONER! Initially I was given the second floor (1st Floor) room but it was warm. No A/C. No windows. Just an electric fan mounted on the wall. I complained. I was given a different room on the ground floor. Again no A/C but it felt cooler because it has a small window in the bathroom facing a wall. I had to leave the small window and the bathroom door open to let the cool air enter my room in the evening. It helped me sleep. Friendly staff and excellent location. But I can't still believe that the hotel doesn't have an A/C. Or was I the unlucky guest selected to have a room with no A/C? It baffled me.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The location is very central and near different metro stations. The free breakfast is a great bonus! The rooms are small, but definitely good value for money. Excellent shower!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This place is 1-clean, our room was impeccable! 2 the staff is super friendly and honest I left my earing there after we left and they had it ready for me to pick up. 3- the food was delicious and you have options for breakfast. 4- the vibes were super friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back. I have stayed at other hotels where you leave your stuff and they never return anything so this deserves many stars. For the people complaining about no AC 😉 y'all are hilarious it's Mexico city they have wonderful weather here! We open the window of it gets hot and close it if it gets cold. All you need is your hands. Y'all want to pay $40 a night but get 5 star hotel. Take your complaints somewhere else and stop being cheap the Hilton is across the street. You can always stop being cheap and stay there. You can certainly tell who hasn't been to Mexico😓😂 with such complaints.

The rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is better than most... I was in a room same side as the entrance. It was difficult to sleep because of the loud music being played by the business across the alley. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars from me. Thanks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
