We traveled in a group of 5. We stayed here for a couple days before the Annapurna circuit and for 3 days after we returned. The family stored all our bags for 12 days. They were super nice, gave us same rooms when we returned and help us with laundry. It is hidden from the main street so it a bit more quiet. It's also very close to all the restaurants and lakeside. Hot water shower every time, comfortable beds. 100% recommend

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family. This is our best decision to chose this hotel. Everything was very nice. Great hospitality,friendly and helpful staff.The owner treat us like family. Awesome lake view from room,delicious breakfast and food. 24 hours open reception.Highly recommend.

It was my first stay in Pokhara I stayed here four days. Owner is Mr. Sharma is very friendly, cooperative and helpful. Location of the hotel close to the lake and you’ll have good lake view from the balcony. You’ll get plenty options for restaurant near hotel. Room is spacious and comfortable and very neat and clean such a good property. Had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended and value for money. I would like to visit again.

One of simply the best hotel in pokhara. Closest to the fewa lake. All rooms are clean and clear view of fewa lake, world peace pagoda, queen's forest,pokhara valley saranglot tower and Himalaya from the roof top.doods are fresh and hyganic , friendly staffs. I like it most. One of the nice over night stay place in pokhara. It makes me always memory 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

One of the worst hotel i have ever been in pokhara. Dirty room, bathroom and probably the cheapest showers kits you will get if you ask. If not you won’t get anything. Lol Probably you will hear all sounds and noises from other rooms. Extra charge for visiting friends. Disgusting. I regret myself staying there. They say cheap things will make you diarrhea this hotel made me feel like it’s absolutely true. Strongly not recommended this hotel for human beings.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
