        Location was super convenient, very close to the train station and lots of restaurants and convenience stores around the area. The service was amazing, the front desk workers were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were small, but enough for two people for sure. The rooms were pretty dusty here and there, but everything else was clean! Would consider staying here again :)

        Stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect! Clean, safe, great staff and very close to the station and various incredible restaurants. The connected Lawsons is also such a bonus for snacks/coffee/water. The on-site laundry was nice after day 7 of our trip (talk to the front desk and they’ll tell you what to do!). Note to Americans: the hotels in Japan are much smaller than I’m used to, but they are perfect for what you need!

        Had a 5 day stay in this hotel. The only nice thing about it is the location near restaurants + stations and the convenience of having a Lawson right next to it. Room was functional, small as advertised. They offered a free pick up service at the airport for us (6 people + luggages). They came with 1 Alphard that had 5 seats. Clearly not enough. So they told us they needed to arrange another car for us that will cost $300. We were hesitant and so discussing amongst ourselves. We hadn't finalised our decisions but they already called another car to come. Costed us $300. Most of all, service from the reception was meh. They were not enthusiastic and not very friendly. There was one particular young male staff that was so unfriendly and rude. Since there were only 3 dryers and lots of guests in the hotel, if the dryer is finished but the clothes had not been claimed by the owning guest, they will take clothes from the dryer and keep it at the reception for the next guest to use which was understandable and helpful (They put up signs about it in the laundry room so I am seriously not making this up). When the dryer had finished the program and the clothes from previous guest were dry but still left in dryer by its owner, I asked that male reception staff to do the same thing, to keep it in the reception for the next guest (ie me) to use the dryer so that there wasn't any delay. He refused to do it with a very unpleasant attitude. I tried talking to him because I needed to use the dryer, like what am I supposed to do with all these wet clothes at 11pm at night?? He answered me as if he had no idea about keeping the unclaimed clothes in the reception so the next guest can use the dryer efficiently. So I went into the laundry room and took out the informational sign about the hotel keeping the clothes to show him. He didn't even bother looking at it carefully (the sign was in English and his English was not good) and he aggressively told me to put it back. I was hesitant that he didn't understand the sign so I tried pulling up Japanese translation on Google translate to show him that I was telling the truth that the hotel actually does what I asked him to do. Then he acted like I was being crazy and asking for an impossible insane thing. He clicked his tongue, stormed out of his reception place, grabbed the sign and brought it back to the laundry room. During this time, another staff who was older heard us talking so he came to check on the younger male staff. They talked a little and the older staff went back to the back room. Then when the younger staff stormed off to the laundry room to put the sign back and never returned. I pressed the bell to talk to the older staff. I explained the situation again and he calmly told me to go back to my room, they will call me when the dryer is available for me to use. If the younger male staff was calm and helpful like older male staff, that would be so much better whether or not they can do what I asked them to. Instead, the younger male staff was rude, unhelpful and had a nasty attitude. Later, the younger male staff called me and just blatantly said "dryer is ready" and hung up without hearing me say thank you. I came down, told him that I was xyz for that dryer, he gave me the occupied sign for the dryer without saying a word, listening to me or looking at me in the eyes. So guys, stay away from this service. There are so many other convinient hotels in Tokyo with better everything in this price range. I do not want anyone else to experience this nasty service. Never coming back.

        Staff was great, but room was unclean, there was a layer of dust and grime on the desk and the toilet has a putrid smell coming from it. I would not stay here again, no matter how cheap the price is.

        Since staying here in 2018 we wouldn't stay anywhere else, with the station a stone's throw away connecting you to the Chuo Sobu line and one stop away from the Yamanote line, it's straight airport connection to the Asakusabashi metro station makes the location beyond perfection! Hotel staff were always really lovely and helpful, even when late in the evening a problem requiring us to switch rooms was quickly dealt with! With the Lawson directly below the hotel rooms and a coin laundry that now employs a very useful identification for the hotel staff of who is using which machine, meant that there was no trouble washing/drying clothes when needed! We always go for the eco-plan as we don't need our towels and such to be cleaned everyday, and I love that they offer this plan.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
