Their double-bed rooms are quite spacious as compared to the other hotel rooms in the area. They have all the facilities, including laundry, plus the overall experience was highly comfortable.

What a gem !! We were surprised by how clean and spacious the room was ! There were a lot of amenities in the room ! it was about 5 mins walk to the subway. The only thing is there aren’t any staff at the front desk from 6pm to 9am. Beside that, totally recommended !!

Hotel MyStays Kiyosumi Shirakawa is located at a decent place with around 12 minutes walking distance from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa and Morishita Subway stations. I was with my wife and our 11 month old baby. We made use of the decent kitchen facilities provided by the hotel for our room. It may not as exhaustive as some apartments, but we were able to make do. The reception supports luggage delivery and the skilled English speaking staff made the process easy for us. The restaurants and supermarkets are within 10-15 mins walk. The Kiyosumi Garden is also at a walking distance. The hotel also has a common laundry area. But its use cost us extra. Our bed was on the smaller end of us 3 but the room was spacious. The room was fairly clean, but we did find some minor uncleaned sections (nothing major though). Overall the hotel is a good option to consider, specially if one is looking for a basic kitchen.

Typical 2 star hotel. Nothing fancy. First impression was bad, as we got room with wet floor and sticky surface. Staff assured for the cleaning for next day and they changed our room, with us hassle of packing & unpacking the stuff next morning again. Asked for washroom after checkout and the staff said go to convenience store or a metro station, that was rude. Its not a close by to any metro, and there is no view from the room window. If you have heavy luggage, I would advice to take a hotel near the metro station with an elevator. No house keeping services (we were there for 3 days). Surroundings are nice, lot of eating places and groceries stores but needs walking.

It's a budget friendly hotel, with little bit limited transportation options. But still could visit again as it was nice and comfy to sleep!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
