Decent hotel, rooms are larger than expected for the price. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Staff is all super friendly, 5 stars for the staff & service. Great location, a little far from subways but steps away from a famima, 7/11 & two different grocery markets. The cons are: TVs need upgrading. Could not screen share onto the tv. This was not a big deal though as you are not staying in your room much during a Kyoto trip. The time you spend in the room though is mostly sleeping, and this was not too comfortable for us as the hotel decided to switch the central A/C to heating in mid october which was still 25°C most of the day. The reason was "as many customers have complained about it being too cold in the rooms" but i dunno, other hotels we stayed at had newer central a/c + heating systems where both were an option if you needed them. They provided a fan/air filter in the room, but it isnt enough with the trapped in heat. They suggested to open the windows if we were hot, but that mesnt too many mosquitos and other bugs coming in at night. These uncomfortable sleeps are really the only downside. Oh and that you had to pay for the room cleaning. Everything else was top notch and would check this hotel out again maybe during colder seasons. If you dont mind the heat, it should be fine for you. Location, room size and service alone is 5 stars.

Good option not to have daily housekeeping at a cheaper rate but still provides change of towels upon request. Complimentary coffee machine at the lobby level. Hotel provides a mobile phone charging adapter which is very useful. Staff are helpful and fluent in English. Supermarket next to the hotel which is a plus point. Carpark charges by property at 1600¥ per day in an auto elevator parking behind the hotel. Can be troublesome if you want to get something from the car. If you are driving out most of the time, can park at the public carpark opposite the hotel at 500¥ from 6pm till next day 8am.

Decent room space for two smaller people. Clean. Large tv. Deep tubs for soaking. Right by a grocery market. Massages around the corner (Don’t end up in a brothel). There is a beer machine inside, coffee and ice on second floor. Smoking section out back on 1st floor. Not far from transit. We were only there for two days but we didn’t have any issues.

Excellent location. Less 10 mins walk from stations, bus stops to various places just a few steps away. Two supermarkets on the same street and a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Helpful staff with fluent English. Rooms are clean and its size is just right. I paid for a "no cleaning" for 4 night, but they still offered a day for cleansing, which is very considerate. The fridge was a bit smelly. The free coffee machine is very thoughtful and nice, but staff please take more notice of its condition, as every morning when I wanna get a cup, it's either water tray or grounds tray full or out of cream.

The staff is the most friendly and helpful you are going to find. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location, while not close to anything, is not far from anything either. Overall, a great place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
