Stayed here once in 2019 and again a few weeks ago. Great for budget travellers who still value a private washroom and a comfy bed to sleep on at night. By far the comfiest hotel bed and pillow I’ve slept in (mind you I’m a fan of firmer beds and not the super fluffy and feathery hotel pillows/duvets). AC was great and despite the small room, it had everything we needed. Family Mart accessible from the lobby and open 24 hours! Quiet location but only a 7-8 min walk from JR Akihabara location as well as other train lines that can take you quickly to Tokyo Station, Ginza, etc. They stored our luggage for us for a few hours after check out which we really appreciated. Staff are all very nice.

Our room was small but well kitted out with kettle, coffee, TV and shower gels, shampoo and conditioner etc. Bed was comfy. Super close to Akihabara geek district. Family Mart open 24 hours downstairs which was useful. Never had breakfast in hotel due to the Family Mart. Laundry machines available on 5th floor with vending machines supplying drinks and washing powders . Staff always helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

We went here for our honeymoon, 11 nights. This hotel was perfect, I think it deserves more than being a 3 star hotel. There is laundry which is a huge plus, a family mart in the lobby, and they provide free things like face wash, face oil, toner, cream, razors, brushes, shower caps, tooth brushes, and more! Staff was very friendly, pillows were comfy, and it is only a short walk to akihabara, literally 2 mins! Close to 3 train stations too.

I've stayed at this hotel four times now, and I love it. The rooms are small and cozy but fully featured, with a fridge, electric kettle, humidifier, personal temperature controls, and large soaking bath. The location is very close to Akihabara Station as well as Ochanomizu Station, making it quick and easy to get around. I can't say enough kind things about it. I'd note that the beds and pillows are much firmer than I'm used to, but it's by no means a deal breaker.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
