This hotel exceeds in every way. We stayed (March 2023) 2 nights, and we really loved it! The staff is amazing. The level of service is exceptional. We were at the floor n9 and the view was cool! Fantastic location There's a 7 eleven just downstairs and can be very helpful! We'll be back for sure!

The font desk was soooooooo harsh to customers. A female staff said my English was bad and she did not want to talk to me. But her English was worse. I could understand her at all! (I stayed in Canada for 5 years and no one said my English was not good before ). She even looked at me sideways. I don’t know why a hotel staff could treat its customers like this. I thought Japan’s service should be nice!!???? I was sooooooo sad. Besides, the room was not clean enough.

So this place has officially become our go to hotel in Tokyo for this price range. We tried from capsule hotels to other hotels with similar good reviews and pricing near Tokyo station, etc. but this place is still better in our opinion. The sizes of the room and bathroom and the cleanliness of them are better at this hotel.

I was here for 6 nights for work and this was totally fine! The room is small but there is enough room for everything. They have really put a lot of thought into what is in the room. You have everything you need. The bed is comfortable, it took a little bit getting used to the pillows though. The bathroom is super clean and the shower head has great pressure. The rooms are amazingly quiet, I heard no noise from the coridor, air on, fridge, workers etc. It was such a nice change. Blackout curtains make for a good sleep also. You are within 8 - 10 mins walk to two train stations. Akasaka is the closest and the other one near Ark hills is also easy to get to. Both are an easy stroll. There are heaps of restaurants in this area but on Sundays a lot are closed, also Monday evenings. The 7 eleven on B1 of the hotel is so convenient. You can get water here for ¥100, coffee bags to use in your room, ready to eat food, it has all you need. I'd recommend anyone stay here. I'm used to 4 star hotels in Asia, so I was nervous about this place but it turned out to be all I needed and totally fine. The staff at reception speak good English and are really helpful also! The bag service to the airport is really convenient and not very expensive either.
