1. The room is very dirty: - moulded bathroom, - dusty ventilation inlet above the room door, - dusty table (literally dusty everywhere and I am doubt if there is any quality control of the housekeeping team), - moulded air purifier ( I gave up filling the water bottle for humidifying the room); 2. Poor air conditioning in the room; 3. Poor barrier free facility: - two levels of staircase at the front door of lobby; 4. Poor WiFi; I have taken a look at the other reviews and many people had written down similar reviews as above in different period. The hotel had also replied to improve the hygiene and barrier free issues while it seems that the hotel owner would need to take the problems seriously otherwise many brands ( there is already an APA hotel nearby sharing the location benefit) will take over it soon with better service quality and reasonable price.

Cleanliness: Random! We stayed a few night with some gaps in between. Each time we got different room. Some were relatively clean. Some were not --- mold on toilet door, sinks with coatings fallen off, etc. Sheets, towels, and pajamas were clean. Room smell abit. Air purifier available in the room helps. Sizing and layout: random even if you book the same type of room. Large enough for luggages. Location: Quiet a walk from Ueno station with luggage, but managable if you are able bodied. The footpath was rather smooth and fine enough for wheel luggage. Shortwalk to underground Inaricho station. Accessibility: stairs! No ramp in sight, if there are one they did not point out. Have to carry the luggage up to the lobby (10ish steps + 5 others) then there will be elevators

Actually a decent place for the price. Rooms were cleaned promptly everyday, staff were helpful with requests. One downside was the central heating but the fan provided helped.

The best place to stay if you are not in the hotel 24/7. It's clean, has a microwave, TV, refrigerator and AC. The staff is nice and helpful. I am speaking Japanese but if you don't it's no problem to speak in English.

Walking distance from ueno station15-20min.Price for a night stay isnt bad only problem if you have a heavy luggage with you,you need to carry it through a short stair.I was expecting for a flat elevated floor fr people carrying heavy luggage that can be use somehow though room was good and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
