I’ve booked non-smoking room and stay on third floor but I still strongly smell smoke from outside to my room. although you will stay many days but they will not clean your room until you check-out and not change garbage in your room also. you need to clear your waste by youeself. however you can request garbage bag at reception. Room provided the microwave and sink but not provide plate ,spoon, fork. It’s have laundry at first floor that separate washing (300 yen)and dryer(100yen).

we stay for 3 nights, There are no room cleaning service during the stay. You can change the towels and night gown at the lobby. There are a lot of amenities for women such as shower cap, cotton pad, cotton bud, hair band, cleansing oil, facial cleanser, facial cream, facial toner (DHC brand). You can leave your luggage at the lobby before check-in and after check-out time. The room was a bit old but the shower and air-condition is working well. The central wifi signal is poor in our room but they give us an small wifi router instead. Their service is good. They can speak english well. There are family mart and supermarket nearby the hotel. The nearby station is inarichou metro station (Ginza line) and ueno station

Location is not far from JR Ueno, close to metro Iranichio subway. For transit is okay..its really make u "feels like home" even u have to throw ur rubish in ur room by urself. Bed is small...u cant share ur bed with ur children. However salute to their staff..helpfull

The hotel is located near the Ueno tarin station and just steps away from the subway. The room is of reasonable size with all basic facilities such as microwave and fridge; unfortunately, a safe is not available in the room. There are also two laundry rooms in the hotel that makes it very convenient for us as we stayed in Tokyo for 10 days. The room is in general clean but as others have suggested the cleanliness could be improved. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. A strongly recommended hotel as it is good value for money.

I had a bad experience today with this Mystay Hotel. I have stayed at Mystay hotel Narita several times, it was very good. That is the reason I booked this Mystay Ueno Iriyaguchi today. I checked-in this evening to the Economic single room, it wasn't good at all, I had to go back to the receptionist added some money and upgraded to Standard double room, but it was still the same. The only difference was the size, bigger room and bigger bed. The toilet is dirty especially the toilet pot, they don't clean the rooms and the toilets very well . Finally I had to checked out of the hotel this same evening I couldn't manage, I am on my way looking for a better place to spend the night. I just wasted my money,. However your staffs are very nice . But you should improve on the cleanliness.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
