        Stayed at Narayana for a night with family. Took 2 rooms. Pathetic conditions of rooms and bathrooms. Old, torn and yellowish towels. Zero effort put to repair the wear and tears. Hot water available only for limited time. Prices too steep for a hotel of that standard. Only plus point is the proximity to the pashupatinath mandir. Strictly advice MMT to either delist this hotel or slash the prices by half.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
