I'm so happy to stay here, staff are so helpful everything is clean and organised, met Mario for checking in he guided me very well, also his colleague Carlo guided durring my stay, every time I come back I find my room is cleaned and reorganised again. The breakfast buffet is so delicious, organised and everything is clean.

Stayed here in May it was so enjoyable! I loved the view and the location was amazing. The staff were super friendly and spoke perfect English. I felt super safe as a solo female traveller. The room was nicely decorated and fit the whole Italian theme. My room was spotless upon arrival and was cleaned every day. There was a constant supply of soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Receptionist was super kind and told me to take my time checking out which I really appreciate. The hotel was near a lot of attractions and supermarkets as well as a 4 min walk to the Metro. The price was also great considering how central this hotel was. Only thing is that the shower curtain had some dirty stains, but that could be fixed.

Clean comfortable and relatively spacious room for the price. Great location and helpful staff. Our pillows in the room were just too overstuffed and when we asked for flatter pillows they immediately brought them. Beds were comfortable and the location could not have been better. I would stay there again.

Older but well kept and clean. Very helpful friendly staff at all times. Super location and a real value for the money in Rome. I would return. Close to restaurants, sites, amenities and train.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
