Stay away from this hotel!!! We booked a room with air conditioning but the air conditioner wasn't working. We notified the hotel reception and asked for a refund so we can go to another hotel as it was extremely hot and suffocating inside the room. The hotel bluntly refused to refund the money and the receptionist was very rude to us and could barely speak English. In addition the room was dirty and there were construction works right above the room which were very noisy. The service, facilities and cleanliness of this hotel are terrible!!!

Amazing staff, make you feel so welcomed. Rooms are spotless and house keeping everyday. Breakfast was tasty. Very helpful staff. Thank you so much for helping us with our transfer and welcoming us with a huge smile on your faces. Definitely recommend.

Good price hotel near Vatican city. Rooms are spacious, bed was comfortable and big (160cm wide for double bed), rooms were cleaned every day. Our room was orientated to the backyard of the building so it was quiet during night. For breakfast you can choose croissants, youghurt and toast. Receptionist will prepare coffee for you as well. Metro is reachable by foot up to 10 minutes (Lepanto station).

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The service was fantastic. The staff were nice and helpful. And I like the location because of proximity to restaurants, stores, the Vatican, and the city metro. I'd recommend this hotel to any budget conscious traveler who wants good value for their money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
