the room is clean and neat, there's a hairdryer in every room, the staff Raisyah is really friendly and she's so helpful during the breakfast. however, it is such a pity that the creamy soap/shampoo/conditioner are mixed into one container and the container is a bit disgusting like they never cleaned it and the smell is odorless, the smell is not good at all because it is odorless. I hope they can provide better creamy soap/shampoo/ conditioner and please do not mix them.

Nice location walking distance to two malls. Facilities are relatively simple but well designed and, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offers standard Indonesian faire along with an egg station. Service is good. Ahmad at the front desk was very helpful.

We have a bad experience in 2023 with this hotel. After a long flight they gave us a bad room, dirty blankets and towels. Like an insult! They even banged on the door early in the morning while we were still sleeping. Delivering food that is not ours but belongs to the next room. In 2022 we stayed at this hotel which was very clean and hygienic but in 2023 it seemed like it was not well maintained. We were so disappointed and promised not to return to Jakarta, what a bad holiday! We like this hotel because of its strategic location, that's all.

Perfect location Room is good, pretty clean and tidy, but not have good sound insulation, voices from other room can be hear, also noises from street The breakfast is good The services by all recepsionists are great Service in restaurant is great, especially Raisyah

Nice, clean, cozy rooms. Very big double bed with clean white sheets. Clean bathroom also. The service is top notch, especially breakfast time with delicious foods and incredible services and hospitality from raissa and abizar. Really nice place to stay despite its affordable price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
