Wonderful experience! The rooms are small but cozy with large windows and comfy beds. Ours had a perfect view of the canal. But the best part was easily the staff. The man at the front desk was always friendly and informative with great info about the city, from things to see to how the popular coffee brand makes their coffee! Nice to get some perspective from someone born in the city as well. Overall great hotel in Amsterdam with central location and wonderful people!

🛑PRISON CELLS ARE BIGGER THAN THE ROOM YOU WILL GET HERE FOR €400 FOR 2 NIGHT STAY. ⚠️: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR OLD PEOPLE AND COUPLE WITH KIDS. Stair case are hazard. Very steep and tiny foot area. you will feel cheated and dissatisfied for the service they provide for the price they charged. The hotel owner tried to squize as many rooms as possible in the tiny building. The bed was not bigger a regular size sofa. A wall mounted TV was placed right next to it. There was no AC so I had to open window for cooling and I couldn't sleep due to noice from the traffic. In order to avoid cleaning room they claim to plant a tree if you not request cleaning. Don't know if they actually plant a tree. No gallery and bathroom has no tub so bath water spill all over the toilet and partially out from 2 qm tiny bathroom next to the bed. verdict: avoid this hotel at all cost. if you have kids don't even think about it.

It’s a nice cozy hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly people. Disclaimer No AC. It does get cold in the nights but if you’re visiting in the summers you may want Air conditioner which they don’t have.

Basic accommodations, no frills. A bit overpriced for the kind of hotel it is, perhaps because location is good. No AC but they do have an elevator. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
